Limited 10-Year Warranty
TPX Machine Skates™ offers an exclusive Limited 10-Year Warranty on all of our American-Manufactured heavy commercial machine skates.
TPX Machine Skates warrants its machine skate models against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of original purchase, subject to all terms, conditions, requirements, exclusions, and limitations contained in this document.
This Limited Warranty applies only to defects in materials and workmanship occurring under normal and intended use.
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear.
Wear, deterioration, cracking, separation, deformation, or other degradation of urethane roller surfaces resulting from normal use, age, operating conditions, environmental exposure, or storage conditions.
Damage resulting from overloading or shock loading.
Damage resulting from improper loading or uneven load distribution.
Damage resulting from improper operation, handling, maintenance, or storage.
Damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow TPX instructions or warnings.
Damage resulting from operation on unsuitable, unstable, uneven, or otherwise inappropriate surfaces.
Damage resulting from operation in excess of the stated maximum loaded speed.
Damage resulting from tipping, tilting, shifting, or other load instability.
Damage resulting from modifications or alterations not expressly approved in writing by TPX Machine Skates.
Damage resulting from substantial repairs not performed by TPX Machine Skates or a TPX Machine Skates authorized repair facility.
Damage associated with the use of replacement or repair parts not supplied directly by TPX Machine Skates.
Machine skates that have been rented, loaned, or otherwise made available for use by a third party.
Any use of the machine skates outside their intended purpose, rated capacity, or stated operating limitations. Normal wear, deterioration, or degradation of urethane rollers and other wear components is not considered a defect in materials or workmanship.
